The Ozanam and St. Clair homes are totally
dependent on donations received from generous, caring
persons, and on the proceeds of our fundraising
projects. Many individuals and organizations have
made bequests and donations in cash or kind to the homes
throughout the years since they were
established. We thank God and our benefactors
for their generosity, which has enabled us to keep the
homes open continuously through harsh economic times.
Unfortunately, we are now experiencing considerable
difficulty in meeting the rising costs of food,
utilities, personnel and general overhead expenses.
We are therefore appealing for your support, whether
by donations of cash or kind,
by advertising on this site, or
by purchasing a website or any of our
useful reminder items.
The Ozanam Home for the Aged is a recognized charity
under Jamaican law, and all contributions are tax
exempt. All donations will be gratefully
received and promptly acknowledged, and the wishes of
donors regarding confidentiality will be strictly
respected.
